At PFS BUYERS CLUB LLC (“PFS”), we share your concerns about privacy. We hope that this notice, which describes our use and protection of your nonpublic personal information including, without limitation, your name and all the personal non-public information that you provide to us (“nonpublic information”), will help you understand how we treat nonpublic information that we obtain from you or other sources in the course of providing you with our services.

We want you to know that PFS respects your privacy and protects your member information.
  • We do not sell member or user information.
  • We expect persons or organizations that provide services on our behalf to keep member information confidential and use it only to provide the services we have asked them to perform
  • Within PFS, we communicate regarding the need to protect your member and user information to those individuals who may have access to it, and we have established physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect member information.
  • We comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Below, we have provided answers to questions that might be on your mind regarding the privacy of your member information.

What kind of nonpublic information do we have, and where did we get it?

We receive member or user information from various sources, including information from:
  • Your requests for our services;
  • Your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
  • Nonpublic information that you provide directly to us
We specifically receive the following nonpublic information:
  • Your Input Mint Order Number, also known as a USM Number
  • Your Mint Email address
  • Order information (obtained from Mint website)
  • Billing and Shipping Name and Address (obtained from Mint website)
  • The last four digits of Your credit card (obtained from Mint website)
  • Your phone number (obtained from Mint website)
  • Payout information, i.e. Your PayPal email account
What do we do with nonpublic information?

We use nonpublic information that we have about you, as described above, to give you superior services, provide convenient access to our services, and make a wider range of services available to you. We do furnish your nonpublic information to our service providers and generically to serve the function of what PFS does. We also use such information to confirm what you purchased, when it shall be shipped, and to place as a return address on Federal Express labels before they are sent. We also need to save member account information and a member’s paypal email account. However, we do not disclose your specific nonpublic information to other third parties, except as otherwise described in this policy.

We may disclose your nonpublic information as permitted by law. For example, we may share nonpublic information with regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials who have jurisdiction over us or if we are required to do so by United States or other applicable law; provide nonpublic information to others to protect against fraud; and share nonpublic information with others with your consent. We also may share nonpublic information with firms we hire to market our services or with non-affiliated companies with whom we have joint marketing agreements to provide you with offers of their services. These companies may receive member information, but they are restricted in its use and they are required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
If you prefer that we do not disclose your nonpublic information to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures, other than disclosures as permitted by law, by sending an Email directly to us at privacy@pfsbuyerclub.com

How do we protect your nonpublic information?

When we share nonpublic information with companies working on our behalf, we insist that such companies use the nonpublic information only to provide the service that we have asked them to perform. Within PFS, member or user information is available only to those individuals who may need to see it to fulfill and service the needs of our members or the general function of PFS. We communicate regarding the need to protect nonpublic information to all employees and agents, especially to those individuals who have access to it. In addition, we have established and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to comply with federal regulations to protect nonpublic information.
